With a step by step approach to the Ashtanga method, we will be exploring the way to build a self practice/ Mysore style in a course of 4 classes.

Information, tips and verbal adjustments will help you create a solid practice and with the help of “cheating-aids” you will be introduced to the way you can actually start practicing right away the Ashtanga Method.

Either on-site or on-line we will explore together the magic of Ashtanga Yoga.
