60 Minutes: 70 Euro     3 x 60 Minutes: 180 Euro

90 Minutes: 100 Euro   3 x 90 Minutes: 270 Euro

 

Please note:

  • Avoid eating at least 2 hours before the yoga class
  • Please inform the teacher before the class about possible injuries, illnesses, complaints or pregnancy
  • Please turn off your mobile phone
  • In the Ashtanga tradition, during menstruation there is no practice for the first three days. The lesson can be made up in another course by arrangement. The female body undergoes an intensive cleansing and detoxification process during menstruation, which should not be disturbed by yoga or other demanding activities. It is best to take extra time for yourself during these special days of the month and take some rest.
