Ashtanga Yoga in Regensburg and Munich

     Ashtanga Yoga is moving meditation. Regular practice offers us the opportunity to develop in all levels (mental, physical and mental).

Ashtanga Yoga offers a yoga practice in the traditional Mysore style six days a week.

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga style is suitable for everyone. The teacher will help you develop your individual practice.
