An introduction to self practice in Ashtanga yoga

The Ashtanga yoga method is particularly popular for the chance it gives to people to develop a self practice commonly known as Mysore. In this three-hour workshop we will learn how to use the available resources (cheat sheets) in order to build a self practice that everyone can take home with them. Motivating tips together with helping aids will be provided so that the asana sequence is clarified and the chance to create a home practice is facilitated. We will practice, take notes and find clever ways to actually leave the room with a solid knowledge of the method and how it can be used on our daily life.
